Loving God. Loving Neighbor.
It's our experience that God is in the business of transformation. Looking at the Bible, we see that God takes something that is dead, broken, or not working and then God gives it new life, makes something new out of the broken pieces or puts new energy into it.
God’s transformation occurs in individual lives, local communities, and even the whole world. We think that God's transformation happens primarily through the church (not just our church but all the world's churches) as the Spirit empowers them to love God and love neighbors.
We experience the power of God’s transformation through the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus.
We avail ourselves to God’s transforming work in our lives, our community, and our world and through five core Christian practices, we call disciplines.
Together, we are a community of Jesus followers whose mission is to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.
